About the water usage
as of 10/2025We want to inform you that the current tap water fee of (25€ / mo / person) is not sufficient to cover the housing company's water costs. This is primarily due to the general increase in the price of tap water and the property's increased water consumption.
To avoid the need to increase water fees, we ask all residents to pay attention to water usage and strive for economical consumption. This way, we can ensure that water prices do not have to be raised for the next period.

Here are some tips on how each of us can help keep water usage costs to a minimum.
Inspect for leaks in the kitchen

Inspect your kitchen faucets and fixtures for leaks. If a leak is detected, please inform maintenance. Also, periodically inspect and clean the dishwasher to prevent malfunctions that could lead to flooding.
Inspect bathroom faucet

Inspect your bathroom faucet. If any leaking or dripping occurs when the faucet is closed, please inform maintenance.
Inspect toilets

Inspect your toilets for any leakage. Even a small, constant drip accumulates significantly over time. A small toilet leak is easy to detect: place toilet paper at the back of the toilet bowl. If it gets wet, you have a leak. Please inform maintenance.
Shorter showers

Keep your showers short. Reducing your shower time by just a minute saves significant water over a year.
While brushing your teeth

Do not run water while brushing your teeth. Put the water you need into the mug instead.
In summary....
Avoid running the shower needlessly

Even a few extra seconds of running the shower wastes many liters of water.
Avoid running tap water needlessly

Do not run water from the tap needlessly. Use only the necessary amount.
We thank you for your cooperation and commitment to promoting the efficiency and environmental friendliness of our housing company. If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact the property manager.
